Before I start with the topic I want to point out that this is a controversial theory and there is no proof whether it works or not but it does exist.
An American writer in 20th century came up with the idea that it is possible to manipulate the ionosphere in order to control the weather i.e. through it one can make it rain, or trigger floods, droughts, earthquakes and tornadoes in any part of the world. But the American public refused to believe this and even the media didn't expose this theory so that the American scientists could work on it silently.
This research program was started in 1990 both in America and Russia. The abbreviation coined for this project is H.A.A.R.P which stands for "High Frequency Active Aurora Research Program". The HAARP Research Station is located in Gakona, Alaska. Its aim is to study and research on the ionosphere.
How does it work?
The HAARP Research Station is jointly managed by both the US Air Force and the US navy. HAARP has integrated a system of powerful antennas capable of modifying the ionosphere (upper layer of the atmosphere). An extreme powerful radio wave-beam lifts areas of the ionosphere and heats them up. Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto the earth and sink into anything--- alive or dead. Returning low-frequency waves at high intensity can also affect people's brains, and effects on tectonic movements cannot be ruled out.
The antenna array consists of 180 antennas on a total land area of about 35 acres. The array, along with its integrated transmitters, has a total radiated power capability of about 3,600 kilowatts. This amount of power can reach up to 300 million watts of power at current rates of broadcast and the military has patents to boost this power output to over a one hundred billion watts. These extraordinary amounts of power can cause anomalies within the natural equilibrium in nature by super heating the ionosphere causing it to bubble upwards over a thirty square mile radius.
Is it a "WEATHER WARFARE"?
From a military standpoint, HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction. Potentially, it constitutes an instrument of conquest capable of selectively destabilizing agricultural and ecological systems of entire regions.
These low frequencies improve radio contact between people, even if you're inside a thick concrete bunker or a submarine. The military might be able to prank call, locate missiles and detect bunkers created by the 'enemy' but I highly doubt this is worth paralyzing anyone who is between the wave and the wave's destination. That's like them firing missiles at each other with you being completely immobile in between them.
What experts think about HAARP?
o World renowned scientist Dr. Rosalie Bertell confirms that "US military scientists are working on weather systems as a potential weapon. The methods include:
the enhancing of storms and the diverting of Vapor Rivers in the Earth's atmosphere to produce targeted droughts or floods."
o Marc Filterman, a former French military officer, outlines several types of "unconventional weapons" using radio frequencies. He refers to "weather war," indicating that the U.S. and the Soviet Union had already "mastered the know-how needed to unleash sudden climate changes (hurricanes, drought) in the early 1980s." These technologies make it "possible to trigger atmospheric disturbances by using Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) radar [waves]."
o Andrei Areshev, a renowned Russian Scholar and the deputy head of the Strategic Culture Foundation, warns that the devastating fires that raged throughout Russia could have been triggered by American the weather weapons … the HAARP Technology.
o We have investigated this matter and concluded that HAARP has been used in Pakistan too. This Flood Disaster is More Manmade than Natural?. The choice of starting point was perfect...all the flood is going downstream i.e. Khyber (Hills) to Karachi (Sea)… it is designed to submerge entire Pakistan and bring up the worst crises and chaos possible.
Lastly, we have no proof, neither online nor in printed form so we cannot pin-point or blame others for the disasters in Pakistan as it is more probably the punishment of our wrong doings.
